How much is a Fit4Less membership?
On October 24, 2026, fit4less.ca listed two plans: the 4Less Card at $7.99 every two weeks (one location) and the Black Card at $13.99 every two weeks (all locations), plus tax. Both add an annual fee of $49.99 plus tax. The page was read with the Toronto-area default; prices may differ by province, which we did not test.
What is the Fit4Less annual fee?
$49.99 plus tax, charged when you sign up and again on each anniversary of your membership. It applies to both the 4Less Card and the Black Card.
How much does Fit4Less cost per month?
Fit4Less bills every two weeks, so there is no published monthly price. Converted (26 payments ÷ 12 months), the 4Less Card works out to about $17.31 a month and the Black Card to about $30.31 a month, before tax and before the annual fee.
Is there a contract at Fit4Less?
No. The membership page says there is no commitment period.
How do I cancel Fit4Less?
According to the Fit4Less Membership Changes FAQ, you cancel in the club, at the self-service kiosk. Removing the "Lock in Your Rate" option needs 10 business days of notice. Fit4Less also offers a free 30-day freeze if you only need a break.
